Regime for the Promotion of the Knowledge Economy. Modifications

By means of Resolution 833/2021, certain modifications are made to the Regime. These include the following:

– Further details are provided with respect to the concepts that are considered as research and development for the purposes of this Regime, as well as with respect to the computable expenditures. In relation to the latter, activities to evaluate technical feasibility and economic viability are included.

– In order to encourage companies to train potential inexperienced employees, salaries paid in respect of new hires made after enrollment in the regime may be counted as investments in training.
