Employers: Registration for access to REPRO and Registry of Labor Jurisdictions at AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenue)

REPRO II, registration deadline

The deadline for enrollment in the REPRO II program for wages earned during the month of October 2021 is established, which will be from October 25 to 31, 2021 inclusive, as well as the guidelines to be considered to apply the pre-selection criteria regarding the billing and payroll dates of the companies that wish to access the benefit.

AFIP’s Digital Payroll Book, labor jurisdiction registry

AFIP informs employers obliged to use the “Digital Wage Book” system that they must register in the “Simplification of Registration” service the jurisdiction corresponding to the local administrative authority in labor matters.

Therefore, as of November 1, 2021, employers required to file the Social Security Affidavit through the Digital Payroll Book service, in order to make updates in the Registry Simplification service, must inform the jurisdiction where they sign their payroll books.
