VAT Exports. Extension of effective date.

AFIP extends until 03.04.2023 the use of the service “Sistema Integral de Recupero” (SIR) for applications of the Refund Regime for export and similar operations.

However, it is enabled so that the interested parties may interact with the system and prepare the applications in draft form, without allowing them to be sent.

In addition, the communication channel “Institutional Dialogue Spaces” is available until February 2023 for the submission of observations and suggestions from Professional Councils, Federations and Business Chambers.
