Cecilia has vast experience in national and international tax planning with a special focus on defining and monitoring tax litigation strategies.
He is a specialist in transfer pricing and international taxation. Tax consultant for several multinational groups and expert in advising high net worth families and business owners.
She was a professor of taxation in the Public Accounting career at the University of Buenos Aires and in postgraduate courses at different National Universities. She is a speaker at seminars and conferences on tax matters in Argentina and abroad.
She was National Rapporteur at the 51st IFA Congress in 1997, Panelist in 1999, Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the IFA Conference in 2005, Coordinator of the Transfer Pricing Panel at the II Latin American Regional Tax Meeting IFA in 2010 and Panelist at the III Latin American Regional Meeting IFA 2011 in Bogota. At the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires she was a Panelist at the IX Tax Congress in 2004, Rapporteur at the 14th Tax Congress in 2013 and Speaker at the 19th Symposium on Argentine Tax Legislation in 2017.
She is the author of more than 70 articles in specialized publications, having obtained twice the first prize of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies for the best article published in 2005 and 2012.
She was director of the “Manual de Precios de Transferencia en Argentina” (Transfer Pricing Manual in Argentina).
Cecilia has been honored for another consecutive year in ITR World TAX Leaders 2025, with the titles of “World TP – Highly Regarded” and “Woman in Tax Leader”. These awards are granted by International Tax Review (ITR).
