Andrés is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and former president of the Association of Graduates in Economic Sciences of CABA.
He has been a cabinet advisor to the National Ministry of Economy (2001).
His professional and academic experience on international and national tax issues, especially in companies related to the media, stands out.
He has written numerous articles on tax matters and has participated in books and tax consultancies of specialized magazines.
He is an adjunct professor of Tax Theory and Technique II at the School of Economics of the University of Buenos Aires and was an adjunct professor of Taxation II and III at the School of Business Administration of the Universidad Austral and the School of Economics of the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, and of postgraduate courses in Taxation at the School of Economics of the University of Buenos Aires.
Lecturer in courses for professionals for Editorial Errepar, the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of CABA, and gave similar courses for the Argentine Federation of Professional Councils in Economic Sciences and also for Professional Councils of different provinces of the country.
He is a member of the Tax Studies Commission of the Colegio de Graduados en Ciencias Económicas de la Capital Federal, of the Consejo Profesional en Ciencias Económicas de CABA and was co-host of the television program “Actualidad Impositiva”.
