Victoria holds a law degree with honors from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She also obtained an Executive Certificate in Infrastructure and PPP from Harvard Kennedy School.
Throughout her professional career, she worked as an Associate Lawyer at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja Law Firm, was Head of Legal & Compliance at Pampa Energía Group and Legal Manager at Puente Group (Argentina, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay and UK).
She also leads the firm’s Pro Bono area, actively participating in the Pro Bono Commission of the Bar Association of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, providing legal advice to numerous non-governmental organizations and young entrepreneurs, with special focus on gender equality and diversity.
Victoria actively participates in the Argentina-China Chamber of Commerce, giving lectures on legal issues of interest and participating in various documents.
