Gisela is a lawyer who graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University, among other academic qualifications.
Throughout her professional career, she served in the National Commercial Courts and worked as an Associate Attorney at Allende & Brea, where she specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, trust structuring, as well as various legal structures for the development of different types of projects.
She has professional experience in matters related to civil law and family law, as well as in litigation and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
