Secco S.A., to pay the gross income tax on the generation of electricity for the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM).<\/p>\n\n<p>The taxpayer pointed out that the provincial claim affects the federal electric energy regime, since it disregards the federal rule that regulates the activity, and by which the income in question should be treated as exempt.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the recent opinion, the Attorney General&#8217;s Office of the Nation considered that the taxpayer&#8217;s claim should be granted, in accordance with federal law and the National Constitution.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>Industrias Juan F.
