A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 5135\/ 2022, la AFIP crea el Sistema de Monitoreo de Pagos al Exterior de Servicios. El mismo resulta de aplicaci\u00f3n a las personas humanas, sucesiones indivisas y personas jur\u00eddicas que deban realizar pagos al exterior de servicios adquiridos por cuenta propia o de terceros o act\u00faen como ordenantes del pago en la cancelaci\u00f3n de obligaciones propias o de terceros.<\/p>\n

Las presentes disposiciones entran en vigencia a partir del d\u00eda de la fecha, resultando incluso de aplicaci\u00f3n para los contratos de servicios celebrados con anterioridad, respecto de los cuales existan contraprestaciones monetarias pendientes de cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
