COVID-19. Experience in Latin America

The Andersen Employment Law (EMPLAW) team in Latin America, through its member and collaborating firms, has prepared a document that compiles an overview of the requirements and obligations that employers have in relation to the COVID-19 vaccine. Within this document, you will find general information from 17 countries that cover the most common questions, in the workplace, about vaccination:

  • The COVID-19 test and vaccination. Right or obligation of the worker?
  • The contagion or non-vaccination of COVID-19 as a cause for suspension or termination of the employment relationship

This document is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
